Minnehaha Falls Park is one of Minneapolis' oldest and most popular parks features a majestic 53-foot waterfall, limestone bluffs, and river overlooks, with the festival attracting more than 120,000 visitors annually.

About the festival:
The vintage market is now in its third year being part of the festival, occupying the area of the park south of Minnehaha Falls, close to the 50th street light rail transit stop that brings tens of thousands of visitors to the festival each year.

Fees:
10x10 booth - $375
10x20 booth - $750
Your booth fee includes:
10x10 or 10x20 space for three days
Overnight security personnel Friday and Saturday night
Minneapolis Park Board vendor permit fee
Set-up information:
Location: Outdoors - tents must be able to withstand wind/rain. Sun shades are not adequate strength to remain in place overnight and will not be permitted for safety reasons. We recommend EZ-UP event canopies or similar style commercial canopy with 40lb weights per leg.
Booth size: 10x10' or 10x20 available
Important dates:
Deadline for vendor cancellation - June 30 with 50% refund. No refunds for vendor cancellations after June 30, 2025.

All vendors must offer some items in their booth for under $30.
Vendors are responsible for proper insurance and protection of goods and setup. Minnehaha Falls Art Fair and Minneapolis Vintage Market are not responsible for loss or damages, including but not limited to weather damage, theft and loss.
Vendors retain 100% of their sales and are responsible for the collection and reporting of applicable sales tax.
Vendor booths must be open all hours of the festival. No late arrivals or early exits.
Vendors must provide a tent and setup that all withstand wind and rain. 40 pounds per tent leg is the safety standard. We can not allow vendors to use a tent that seems unsafe for neighboring vendors or attendees. Shade tents are typically not acceptable. If you have any questions or doubts about the tent you plan to use, please ask in advance.
As a zero waste event, vendors will not be allowed to use items that are not compostable or recyclable. i.e. vendors are not allowed to put their goods in plastic bags to send with customers. (The goods themselves do not need to be recyclable or compostable, but sustainable practices are encouraged.)
Vendors are to provide their own tables, chairs and display items. We recommend vendors come prepared for all weather for outdoor markets including adaptable displays, weights, bungees and supplies in case of wind/rain.
