Minneapolis Vintage Market is heading to Minnehaha Falls Art Fair, one of the most scenic and well attended art fairs in the Twin Cities!

Friday, July 14; 3pm - 8pm
Saturday, July 15; 10am - 7pm
Sunday, July 16; 10am - 5pm
About the festival:
The vintage market is a new addition to the festival this year, occupying the area of the park south of Minnehaha Falls, close to the 50th street light rail transit stop that brings tens of thousands of visitors to the festival each year.
Estimated attendance of 120,000 people over three days

Every booth offers some items for under $30
Fees:
10x10 regular booth - $325
10x20 regular booth - $650
10x10 premium booth - $450 - these booths are located in prime foot traffic areas
10x20 premium booth - $900 - these booths are located in prime foot traffic areas
10x10 discounted booth - $250 - these booths are located in lower foot traffic areas
10x20 discounted booth - $500 - these booths are located in lower foot traffic areas
Your booth fee includes:
10x10 or 10x20 space for three days
Overnight security personnel on Fri/Sat night
$90 Minneapolis Park Board vendor permit fee
Set-up information:
Location: Outdoors - tents must be able to withstand wind/rain. Sun shades are not adequate strength to remain in place overnight and will not be permitted for safety reasons. We recommend EZ-UP event canopies or similar style commercial canopy with 40lb weights per leg.
Booth size: 10x10' or 10x20 available

Registration deadline - 8pm on July 2, 2023
Deadline for vendor cancellation - 11:59 PM on July 4, 2023 with 50% refund. No refunds for vendor cancellations on or after after July 5, 2023.

Rules & regulations:
All vendors must offer some items in their booth for under $30.
Vendors are responsible for proper insurance and protection of goods and setup. Minnehaha Falls Art Fair and Minneapolis Vintage Market are not responsible for loss or damages.
Vendors retain 100% of their sales and are responsible for the collection and reporting of applicable sales tax.
Vendor booths must be open all hours of the festival. No late arrivals or early exits.
Vendors must provide a tent and setup that all withstand wind and rain. 40 pounds per tent leg is the safety standard. We can not allow vendors to use a tent that seems unsafe for neighboring vendors or attendees. Shade tents are typically not acceptable. If you have any questions or doubts about the tent you plan to use, please ask in advance.
As a zero waste event, vendors will not be allowed to use items that are not compostable or recyclable. i.e. vendors are not allowed to put their goods in plastic bags to send with customers. (The goods themselves do not need to be recyclable or compostable, but sustainable practices are encouraged.)
Vendors are to provide their own tables, chairs and display items. We recommend vendors come prepared for all weather for outdoor markets including adaptable displays, weights, bungees and supplies in case of wind/rain.
