Booth size: 8x6'
Load in time: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Market hours: 11:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Please bring only the merchandise that will fit inside your 8x6' booth space. If you require more space, please purchase two booths.
Vendors are to provide their own tables and display items. You can rent a table from the market for $10 (optional).
COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR THIS EVENT:
• Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test result is required from all vendors and attendees to participate in this event.*
• Masks are required from load in to load out
• 6' spacing between each booth
• Ticketed shopping reservations required to control capacity
*Attendees must have a completed COVID-19 vaccination card with their final dose at least fourteen days prior to the event, or a negative COVID test result within 72 hours of the event.
Proof of vaccination may include a physical card, vaccination record in the Docket app, or a photo of a complete vaccination card that matches the patron ID. Proof of a negative test may be a printed or digital test result that matches the patron ID.
Masks are required for all attendees, regardless of vaccination/test status.
Taking this step ensures the safety of our guests, staff, and vendors, and implementing this simple measure minimizes risk and the spread of the virus.

Cancellation policy:
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received at least 10 days in advance of the market will be eligible to receive a refund on fees paid, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 10 days of the market will not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to cancel your registration, please email info@mplsvintagemarket.com as soon as possible.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you fail to attend a market date you have registered for and we do not receive any communication from you via phone or email by opening time of the market you may not be eligible to participate in any future markets.
EVENT CANCELLATIONS: If the event is cancelled by Minneapolis Vintage Market, a full refund of all vendor booth and table rental fees will be issued. Minneapolis Vintage Market is not liable for any additional fees paid by vendors as part of their participation in the event (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, marketing and other expenses). We would always do our best to provide reasonable notice of any event cancellations, however we reserve the right to cancel an event at any time before or during an event for any reason.
