Vintage at The Ballpark
We're bringing dozen’s of the Midwest’s best vintage clothing, accessories and home goods vendors selling high quality, unique goods and collectibles. Join us on Friday, August 5 for the preview night and all day Saturday at this two-day blowout event! CHS Field concessions will be open for food and beer throughout the weekend so you can soak up the taste of summer at the ballpark! Bring the whole family to shop vintage from the Twin Cities’ premier mobile marketplace.
SET UP INFORMATION:
Location: outdoors on the concourse at CHS Field baseball stadium
Booth size: 10x10' (single booth), 10x20' (double booth)
Set up day: Friday, August 5 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Market hours: Friday, August 5, 5-10 PM & Saturday, August 6, 10-5 PM. Booths remain set up overnight.
Vehicles are allowed on the concourse during setup hours and must be off by 4pm on August 5.
The market takes place rain or shine. Vendors are to provide everything for their display including tents, tables, chairs and display items. We recommend vendors come prepared for all weather for outdoor markets including adaptable displays, weights, bungees and supplies in case of wind. Tents must have at least 30lb weights on each leg. Tents without adequate weights will not be allowed.

Cancellation policy:
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received at least 10 days in advance of the market will be eligible to receive a refund on fees paid, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 10 days of the market will not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to cancel your registration, please email info@mplsvintagemarket.com as soon as possible.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you fail to attend a market date you have registered for and we do not receive any communication from you via phone or email by opening time of the market you may not be eligible to participate in any future markets.
EVENT CANCELLATIONS: If the event is cancelled by Minneapolis Vintage Market, a full refund of all vendor booth and table rental fees will be issued. Minneapolis Vintage Market is not liable for any additional fees paid by vendors as part of their participation in the event (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, marketing and other expenses). We would always do our best to provide reasonable notice of any event cancellations, however we reserve the right to cancel an event at any time before or during an event for any reason.
